Thea is the most wonderfully supportive and confidently calm family dog trainer. She helped my family manage; a 3 year old with a new puppy, my husband as well as myself who had never even lived with a pet before - let alone a puppy! The resources Thea uses are family oriented, focussed on games to include our daughter while keeping her and our puppy safe. We had access to videos to refer to during the week and the step-by-step weekly homework instructions were invaluable for our approach to training our Puppy. With Thea's words of wisdom and encouragement in our minds, and daily training games, we then successfully managed to pass Level One in Albany All Breeds Dog Club, which we otherwise would have failed miserably! Thea helped us problem solve through our specific issues and environment, brought toys and different foods, printed off helpful sheets and in short, rescued us from the puppy blues which were seriously affecting our lives and we were very close to taking our beautiful Charlo back to the breeder just too overwhelmed. Thanks Thea for saving our puppy and our sanity!

I was a rooky! Having been a pet owner before I thought I knew how to keep a dog.....But I had no idea how to train a pup! HELP!!
Thea has been generous in her time and her willingness to help me train my pup. My children enjoyed the "homework" and fun videos and games and my dog would go crazy at the sight of her purple jumper!! Many things I've had to retrain due to doing it the wrong way but with her encouragement and handy tips and tricks we have a much happier home with our energetic pup!
